 小室嚢胞 utricle cyst：尿道下裂や停留睾丸との関連、精液を含んでいることも

 Muller 管嚢胞：大きくなり、前立腺頭側へ進展することがある。結石があることも

 前立腺肥大関連嚢胞 BPH with cystic degeneration: prostatic cyst の中で最多

 射精管嚢胞 ejaculatory duct cyst (extremely rare), many small cysts

-側方

 先天性嚢胞

 貯留性嚢胞: obstruction of prostatic glandular ductules

             1-2cm, unilocular, smooth-walled

 精嚢嚢胞 (前立腺外)

--cavitary prostatitis: "swiss cheese prostate"

--化膿性膿瘍, 寄生虫性嚢胞、癌 (稀)
